Thank you for choosing Mella. We want your order to reach you smoothly, so here's everything you need to know about how and when your Mella will arrive.
Order Processing
Once you place an order, our team prepares it for dispatch within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking details as soon as it ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
To keep our prices fair and our products accessible to expecting moms everywhere, each Mella ships directly from our fulfillment partners. This means delivery can take a little longer than a next-day marketplace — but rest assured your order is on its way and fully trackable.
Estimated Delivery Times
After processing, estimated delivery times by destination are as follows:

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times can vary with carrier volume, weather, and customs processing, especially during peak seasons and holidays. Estimated delivery times do not include any customs or clearance delays.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on orders over $[50]; a flat rate of $[5] applies below that.
- A flat shipping rate of $[5] is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package. Please allow a few days for tracking to update after you receive it. If you haven't received tracking information within [5] business days of your order, email us at [support@mellamama.com] and we'll look into it right away.
Multiple Shipments
Occasionally, items in the same order may be shipped separately and arrive on different days. If your order looks incomplete, don't worry — the rest is likely on its way. Reach out if you have any concerns.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
We are not responsible for any custom fees. Import duties, taxes, or customs fees may be charged by your local authorities upon arrival. These charges are determined by your country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Mella has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs office if you have questions before ordering.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute a package once it has shipped, and we cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately at [support@mellamama.com] and we'll do our best to help before the order leaves our facility.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in [10] business days, or your package arrives damaged, please contact us at [support@mellamama.com] with your order number (and photos, if damaged). We'll work with the carrier to resolve it and make things right.
