Mella's seat belt positioner is a belt-positioning comfort accessory. It is intended to help guide a standard vehicle lap belt into a more comfortable position below the belly. It is not a medical device, not a child restraint, and not a substitute for the proper use of your vehicle's seat belt or for professional medical advice.

By purchasing and using our product, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You will follow your vehicle manufacturer's instructions on correct seat belt use, and consult your healthcare provider regarding seat belt use during pregnancy;
• Our product should not be modified, and should be discontinued if it shows signs of wear, damage, or has been involved in a collision;
• Our statements about comfort and safety are general and not guarantees of any specific medical or safety outcome;
• You use the product at your own risk, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
